This part was the queen's bedrooms, etc so you can only imagine its magnificence in its day.
This beautiful castle looms high on the hill above the market square where an angelic statue welcomes you.
Once you are on the castle grounds, there is a picturesque view of the city below.
Extensive damage occured when the castle was bombed during WWII which has not been restored.

This entrance to the garden was built as a surprise for the queen by her husband, erected while she slept in less than 24 hours. He wanted her to awake the next morning and find her birthday gift.
