Welcoming.......

Solomon Steell Johnson arrived May 21, 2009 at 8:20 PM in Anchorage, AK to proud parents Lindsay & Haakon and sisters Corinne, Lauren & brother Torsten. I loved my time in AK with this wonderful family and beautiful baby boy. He was named after my father and my great great grandfather Solomon Hancock and his great grandmother's maiden name Steell.

On April 10, 2009 we welcomed a beautiful granddaughter, Carys Gwynneth James! She is our 13th and a very lucky girl! Her parents, Taylor and Shannon and brother Hylen and sister Roslyn are thrilled to have her in their family. Her name has a Gaelic origin and means "love". She has brought much love to our family already. Her middle name is also Gaelic and a remembrance of her grandmother Gwen, Shannon's mom. This was taken on her birth day so we know she has grown and changed so much!
